Social Distancing!

In these difficult and unprecedented times we have had to make some essential changes to how we operate on a day to day basis.

At the time of writing this we have put a limit of three people in the shop at a time, with the exception of family units or people who require assistance with their shopping. Due to the size to of the shop we ask that people use common sense when visiting in a large group as we cannot allow large numbers of people to enter at one time.

We have someone monitoring the door at all times.

The staff have been asked to offer assistance to help people find what they need in order that everyone is served as quickly as possible to minimise waiting time to gain entry to the shop.

We appreciate patience in this matter.

We are managing to keep the flow of people moving quickly and so waiting times have been minimal at most times.

We ask that all customers attempt to maintain the current advice of 2 meter distancing whilst in the shop.

We are cleaning regularly, washing hands and using hand sanitiser throughout the day.

At this point we are following government advice about masks and gloves and are monitoring the situation closely for any change of guidance.

We are currently following our normal opening hours. Please follow our Facebook page for any last minute changes or Bank Holiday opening times.

We welcome phone enquiries about stock prices and availability. We are doing everything we can to keep the shelves stocked but at times have been struggling with availability from our suppliers due to unprecedented demand. We are happy to answer enquiries about availability over the phone to save people unnecessary journeys.

Finally, just a thank you to our amazing staff and customers.

The hard work, dedication and commitment of all our staff at this time is very much appreciated especially under such difficult and stressful conditions! We are immensely proud of how they have handled these difficult circumstances.
